Jon Buzby’s 35-Year Legacy with the Special Olympics

Ready to be inspired? In this episode, JT sits down with Jon Buzby. Jon is the Director of Media Relations for the Special Olympics, and has authored three books about parenting and coaching. Jon shares insights from his 35-year career, reflecting on the joy of making sports fun and the impact of his work on athletes and families.

For the majority of Jon’s 30 year career with the Special Olympics, he has served as the Director of Media Relations. He also coached and authored three books including "Coaching Kids Made Easier" and "Coaching Kids: It's More Than X's and O's." He shares his path to freelance writing, broadcasting, and podcasting (including co-hosting the Delaware Football Podcast), and his plans to continue giving back in retirement.
