Consequence of Habit ARC’-TERX Alpha SV Jacket Raffle – Official Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Due to shipping restrictions, tickets can only be purchased by and shipped to individuals within the United States.
Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Consequence of Habit, Inc. are not eligible to enter.
2. Raffle Ticket Purchase & Entry
Each raffle ticket costs $25.
Discounted bundles are available:
5 tickets for $100 (Save $25)
15 tickets for $250 (Includes a CoH T-shirt and patch)
Tickets must be purchased by March 30, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. EST.
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Purchasing a raffle ticket does not guarantee winning; it only grants entry into the drawing.
3. Prize Details
The prize is one (1) Arc'teryx Alpha SV Jacket (winner’s choice of men’s or women’s sizing).
The estimated retail value of the prize is $900.
No cash alternative, substitutions, or exchanges will be provided.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be resold.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on March 31, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. EST.
The drawing will be conducted live on Instagram (@ConsequenceofHabit) for full transparency.
The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
The prize will be shipped only within the United States at no additional cost to the winner.
Consequence of Habit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
6. Legal & Liability
This raffle is conducted by Consequence of Habit, Inc., a registered nonprofit organization.
All proceeds directly support CoH workshops, classes, and retreats.
By entering, participants agree to allow CoH to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes if they win.
The raffle is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
