Jeff leverages global commercial experience in strategic planning, change management, leadership development, operational discipline, executive coaching, revenue operations, cash flow optimization, product management, CRM administration, and design thinking to help organizations achieve optimal performance and growth through data-driven decisions.

Jeff is relentless in driving culture change, spearheading new corporate strategies, maintaining focus & alignment, cascading best practice execution processes, and improving sales & marketing effectiveness. His leadership efforts have resulted in transformational strategic pivots that have decreased costs, optimized cash flow, driven profitable revenue growth, and turned around struggling organizations.

Jeff has a true passion for developing future leaders and has worked extensively with FranklinCovey, The John Maxwell Team, and Gallup to facilitate leadership development programs throughout the world to include courses on Emotional Intelligence, Trust, StrengthsFinder, Execution, Corporate Strategy, Leading Teams, Predictable Revenue Growth, Coaching, Situational Leadership, Strategic Selling, Consultative Selling, & Sales Management.

Jeff’s experience in designing, developing, and implementing sales training programs have not only greatly decreased ramp time to productivity and helped companies hit their number, but have also won the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Excellence in Practice Award for Learning Technologies.

Outside of work, you will find Jeff enduring hard things as an elite athlete in the mountains of Colorado while also spending time with his wife, Miriam, and three kids
