Consequence of Habit (CoH) is pleased to announce an upcoming Breathwork and Cold Exposure Workshop specifically designed for the recovery community and their families. The event is on July 13th from 11:30 - 3:30 at Sanctuary Wellness Studio, 735 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, PA 19031. Jason Muscavage and Pete Reyes from Ignite Sadhana will provide a unique and empowering experience that combines the power of breathwork and cold exposure, specifically for individuals in recovery. You will discover the incredible synergy between these two transformative practices. Unleash the transformative potential within you as you breathe and face the cold head-on. CoH is covering the majority of the registration cost (it's normally $150 per person) because we know how an incredible opportunity this is and we want each of you to have access to it! We are requiring a donation of $25 to reserve your spot.
